According to the county on the 16th, the meeting was attended by Mayor Park Woo-ryang, the head of the Civil Service Department, the leader of the Comprehensive Civil Complaints Team, and 14 public officials responsible for land management and the Special Measures Act on Real Estate. The session was conducted as an open forum to listen to the difficulties and suggestions of the civil complaint desk staff and to freely discuss various issues.

Additionally, in 2023, there are plans to hold quarterly dialogues between the mayor and civil complaint officers, as well as discussions with frontline civil service employees in the towns and townships.

These dialogue sessions are expected to lead to improvements by listening to the challenges faced by public officials dealing directly with residents, thereby enhancing administrative services for the citizens.

Mayor Park Woo-ryang expressed his gratitude, saying, "With the completion of tasks related to the Special Measures Act on Real Estate, which has been implemented for two years, last month, I thank the staff in charge for their hard work." He encouraged, "I hope the civil service employees who meet visitors will continue to provide friendlier service guidance and take pride in representing Shinan-gun."

Meanwhile, Shinan-gun has deployed protective gear and security personnel to safeguard civil complaint officers against malicious complaints. The county plans to install additional protective facilities as soon as possible and enact an ordinance to protect civil complaint officers.
