Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam Province, is recruiting participants for the Women Leaders Self-Management Academy, a specialized project for women-friendly cities, until the 20th.
This academy was established to discover hidden female talents and cultivate future-oriented women leaders who can actively respond to changing times by strengthening the competencies and leadership that women leaders should possess.
Any female resident of the county who can actively participate in the academy is eligible to apply, and detailed information about the recruitment can be found on the Goseong-gun website.
Participants will receive support through the ‘Doran Doran Mentoring’ program, which pairs them with local women leaders as mentors and mentees, and will receive training from instructors in various fields such as leadership, humanities, economics, and culture.
Additionally, they will have opportunities to participate in various social activities, including practical employment skills development education and community talent donation activities.
Oh Eun-gyeom, Director of the Welfare Support Division, said, “We hope for active interest and participation from women in Goseong-gun in the Self-Management Academy, where they can grow into women leaders who will lead the future of our county and contribute to the local community.”
