Shinsegae Food announced on the 15th that No Brand Burger will newly launch a chicken burger menu called ‘Chipotle Hot Chicken.’
Chipotle Hot Chicken was released targeting mainly middle and high school students, based on the fact that chicken burgers are popular among teenagers. The Chipotle Hot Chicken features a crunchy chicken patty combined with No Brand Burger’s self-developed chipotle sauce, allowing customers to enjoy the spicy flavor of the chicken burger. It is balanced with fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion for a healthy taste. The price is reasonable at 4,000 KRW for a single item and 5,900 KRW for a set, about 20% cheaper compared to similar menus at other burger franchises.
To celebrate the launch of Chipotle Hot Chicken, Shinsegae Food will also conduct various marketing activities, including consumer participation events on the official No Brand Burger Instagram.
A Shinsegae Food representative said, “We aim to increase No Brand Burger’s preference among teenage customers by offering a popular chicken burger at a reasonable price,” adding, “We plan to develop reasonably priced menus exclusive to No Brand Burger and foster it as a leading burger franchise in Korea through diverse marketing efforts.”
