KB Financial Group Hosts 'KB Starters Day' to Support Startups

KB Financial Group announced on the 14th that it held the 'KB Starters Day' with startups.

KB Starters is the first startup incubation program in the financial sector operated by KB Financial since 2015. Every year, innovative startups are selected in the first and second halves of the year, and various support programs are operated according to their growth stages.

So far, 202 startups have been selected as 'KB Starters' and have received support such as collaboration with KB Financial affiliates, investment attraction, global expansion, expert management consulting, and recruitment assistance.

At this 'KB Starters Day,' separate booths and networking rooms were set up to provide mentoring on financial consulting, corporate fund management, and government support programs necessary for startups.

For startups related to Security Token Offering (STO), real estate data utilization, and the KB Kookmin Authentication Service, a session was also arranged on-site to discuss collaboration with the relevant departments within KB Financial Group.

A KB Financial official said, "We will continue to actively support startups to grow into the next-generation unicorn companies, and promote collaboration with these companies in various fields to practice 'Finance that Changes the World.'"
