Seoul Fashion Week Opens Tomorrow, 5 Days of K-Fashion Extravaganza

The Largest Scale Since COVID-19
Inviting Over 130 Participants from 23 Countries

Domestic designers representing K-fashion will showcase the upcoming fall and winter fashion trends at Seoul Fashion Week, the largest fashion industry event in Korea, which opens tomorrow.


Over five days, fashion enthusiasts from around the world will gather at DDP, presenting high-quality fashion shows with spectacular stage designs. Additionally, a trade show will be held, featuring over 130 overseas buyers from 23 countries conducting 1,000 consultations over five days.

The 2023 F/W Seoul Fashion Week will present 30 designer fashion shows and one corporate fashion show. All fashion shows can be viewed not only on-site but also online through simultaneous live streaming on YouTube.


There are five key highlights of the 2023 Seoul Fashion Week: ▲ Seoul Fashion Week features stage designs and various productions changed for the first time in 22 years ▲ The largest trade show since the COVID-19 pandemic ▲ Open collaboration between companies and designers ▲ DDP citizen participation programs and corporate exhibitions open to everyone ▲ CJ OnStyle online special exhibition for easy and convenient purchase of designer products.

Kim Tae-gyun, Director of the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s Economic Policy Office, stated, “Seoul Fashion Week has firmly established itself as a platform leading Korea’s fashion industry and contributing to the exchange and development of the domestic and international fashion industries.” He added, “Through Seoul Fashion Week, we will continue to strive to make it a hub where domestic designers and brands can widely promote their works and brands and enhance the competitiveness of K-fashion.”
