NHN Cloud announced on the 14th that it has recruited Heo Hee-do, former CEO of TmaxOS, as an executive and appointed him as co-CEO of each of NHN Cloud's subsidiaries, ‘NHN Crocent’ and ‘NHN Jaein INC’.
Co-CEO Heo Hee-do is a management expert with over 20 years of experience in the software industry. He joined TmaxSoft in 2004 and served as head of the public business division and enterprise headquarters at TmaxData. He later gained professional experience as CEO of TmaxOS and President of the Tmax A&C business division. He led the expansion of open OS and software product development, planning new businesses and pioneering early markets for his affiliated companies.
With this appointment, Co-CEO Heo will concurrently serve as co-CEO of ‘NHN Crocent’ and ‘NHN Jaein INC’, leading the expansion of NHN Cloud’s DaaS (Desktop as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) business areas. He will also focus on strengthening internal capabilities to maximize business synergies between NHN Cloud and its subsidiaries and to target the financial sector market.
