Apple to Open 5th Apple Store in Gangnam on the 31st

Apple Korea announced on the 14th that it will open the Apple Store "Apple Gangnam" at 5 p.m. on the 31st. It is the fifth store in Korea, following Jamsil, Yeouido, Garosugil, and Myeongdong. "Apple Gangnam" is located in the heart of Gangnam-daero, one of the key transportation hubs and largest commercial districts in the Seoul metropolitan area.

Apple Korea opened its first Apple Store in Korea in Garosugil in 2018. It then opened stores in Yeouido (2020), Myeongdong (2022), and Jamsil (2022). Apple Korea plans to open a store near Hongdae this year. Once the Hongdae store opens, the number of Apple Store locations in Korea will surpass that of Tokyo, Japan, which has five stores.
