A man in his 30s was arrested by the police for using methamphetamine at a house in Daerim-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

According to a report compiled by Asia Economy on the 13th, the Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul arrested a man in his 30s, identified as Mr. A, on the morning of the 10th at around 8:15 AM on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act, and is currently investigating the case.
The police applied for an arrest warrant for Mr. A on the following day, the 11th, and the court subsequently issued the warrant. He is currently under detention while the investigation continues.
Mr. A is accused of using methamphetamine at a house in Daerim-dong.
Police who responded to the report confiscated drugs that Mr. A was carrying on his person, securing evidence related to narcotics. It was reported that a rapid drug test conducted on Mr. A showed a positive result.
A police official stated, "We plan to conduct further investigations into how Mr. A obtained the drugs."
