60s Firefighter Fighting Hadong Wildfire Suffers Cardiac Arrest... Emergency Transport

One firefighter was transported to the hospital in cardiac arrest while extinguishing a wildfire in Hwagae-myeon, Hadong-gun, Gyeongnam, which occurred on the 11th.

According to the forestry authorities, around 10:04 PM that day, a male firefighter in his 60s collapsed while working on fire suppression on a mountainside near the wildfire site.

Mr. A was reported to have received cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and was urgently transferred to a nearby hospital.
