Election of Kim Gi-jong, Candidate for the 15th President of Hamyang Anui Nonghyup Cooperative

Kim Ki-jong was elected as the head of the Anui Nonghyup in Hamyang, Gyeongnam, receiving 41.38% of the votes.

Candidate Kim received his certificate of election from the Hamyang County Election Commission at 8 p.m. on the 8th.

The election held at the Anui-myeon polling station saw 2,095 out of 2,176 total members of the Anui Nonghyup (voter turnout 96.28%) participate in the vote.

Kim Ki-jong was elected as the head of the Anui Nonghyup in Hamyang, Gyeongnam, and received the certificate of election.

As a result, candidate number 1, Kim Ki-jong, received 876 votes; candidate number 2, Lee Byung-woon, received 457 votes; and candidate number 3, Jeon In-bae, received 775 votes.

In his victory speech, Kim said, “I am grateful for the affection and love shown to Hamyang Anui Nonghyup. I will create a Hamyang Anui Nonghyup where the members are the owners, for the happiness of the members,” adding, “I will work diligently and with dignity.”

He continued, “I also extend my sincere thanks to candidates Lee Byung-woon and Jeon In-bae for their clean and fair competition. I deeply appreciate the efforts of the Hamyang County Election Commission officials who managed the election process.”
