Lotte GRS is committed to developing kiosks for the digitally disadvantaged and plans to introduce disadvantaged-friendly kiosks by 2024 through the advancement of unmanned ordering devices.

Kim Jin-man, Director of Digital Policy at Seoul Metropolitan Government, stated, “The business agreement with Lotte GRS will be an opportunity to walk more broadly with the digitally disadvantaged,” adding, “It will provide a comfortable kiosk usage experience for those who have found using kiosks in everyday places like fast food restaurants burdensome, while also serving as a great opportunity to spread a culture of digital consideration among the general public.”
