Lotte ON reduces the cost burden experienced by small sellers when conducting discount events. If sellers participating in the support project issue discount coupons of up to 20% to promote their products, Lotte ON will fully cover the amount used for the coupons. Additionally, for small sellers who are unable to produce online banners, Lotte ON creates banner advertisements free of charge and posts them on Lotte ON without any additional cost, helping to enhance brand and product awareness.
To boost sales for small sellers, the Soso ON Market special exhibition is operated year-round. The Soso ON Market is a special exhibition showcasing products from small business sellers and is exposed on the main homepage of Lotte ON, which is expected to greatly help increase sales.
Lotte ON leads win-win growth by conducting support projects for small sellers every year. In fact, the number of sellers participating in last year’s support project increased fivefold compared to the previous year, and cumulative sales grew more than 20 times.
