Lotte Mart Toysrus announced on the 9th that the ‘Sanrio Characters Choco Waffle’ is gaining great popularity among consumers.

According to Toysrus, about 12,000 initial units were sold out within approximately two weeks after the launch of Sanrio Characters Choco Waffle. Starting from the 9th, the second batch of 20,000 units will be sold at all Lotte Mart stores.

The Sanrio Characters Choco Waffle consists of one Sanrio character figure and two packs of choco waffles. In particular, the finger silicone figure with an exclusive Toysrus design has become a must-have item among Sanrio fans.

A Lotte Mart official said, "After the previous Sanrio Characters Strawberry Pongdang Waffle, there were many customer requests for toy products including figures, so we planned the Sanrio Characters Choco Waffle. We hope customers enjoy the pleasure of collecting various figures along with a delicious snack."
