Email to KT Employees

[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Su-yeon] Yoon Kyung-rim, the next CEO candidate of KT, sent a greeting message to all employees on the 8th, initiating efforts to stabilize the internal atmosphere. KT had experienced a prolonged delay in appointing the next CEO, resulting in a continued management vacuum. As a sense of crisis spread among employees, the company took steps to stabilize the organization.

Candidate Yoon said, "Unlike before, the process of appointing a CEO was long and complicated, and thinking of the feelings of frustration and sorrow that the employees must have felt watching this, I too feel an immensely heavy heart," adding, "I feel a grave responsibility to dispel the many concerns raised inside and outside the company and to quickly stabilize the company."
