Hyundai Motor Securities announced on the 8th that it has added a 'Quick Hospital Bill Claim Service' feature to its MyData (personal credit information management) app 'THE Herb' starting from the 2nd of this month.
Through this service, users can file insurance claims remotely without visiting individual insurance company channels. Claims can be made for hospital bills, dental treatment fees, and pharmacy medication costs. Notably, for more than 3,000 affiliated hospitals nationwide, claims can be made simply by checking treatment details without any additional documents. For other hospitals, claims can be made by just taking a photo of the treatment details.
Previously, Hyundai Motor Securities was the first securities company MyData operator to link virtual assets to 'THE Herb.' This advancement transformed the app into an integrated asset management platform covering financial assets, real estate assets, and virtual assets. With the addition of this insurance claim service, customer convenience in financial transactions has been further enhanced.
A Hyundai Motor Securities representative stated, "This service marks a significant step forward by enabling insurance processing within 'THE Herb.'" They added, "We will continue to introduce services that provide convenience alongside integrated asset management services."
