Castle Terrace Launches 13 New South American Traditional Dishes
Up to 30% Discount and Daily Special Events Offered
Mayfield Hotel Seoul announced on the 8th that it will hold the first season of the global gourmet tour, 'Taste of South America,' where guests can enjoy a variety of traditional dishes from around the world until the 30th of next month.
The buffet Castle Terrace, welcoming spring, has prepared traditional menu corners representing South American countries such as Brazil and Mexico, offering about 13 types of dishes.
Signature dishes include Brazil's traditional skewer-grilled churrasco, Mexico's enchilada made by baking tortillas filled with meat, meat sauce, cheese, potatoes, and seafood, Peru's representative dish ceviche made with thinly sliced seafood marinated in lemon or lime juice and served cold, Argentina's empanada baked with beef inside pie dough, and Ecuador's Ecuadorian lamb stew, which is made by marinating lamb chops with thyme, rosemary, and cumin and simmering them with various vegetables for a long time.
Meanwhile, Castle Terrace is running the 'Relay Festa' offering up to 30% discount benefits until the 17th of this month. This event adds fun by setting daily themes. On Mondays, Local Residents Day, customers residing in Gangseo-gu and Yangcheon-gu who bring their resident registration card receive a 20% discount including accompanying guests. Wednesdays are Ladies' Day, offering a 20% discount exclusively to female customers. Thursdays are New Beginning Day, providing a 20% discount to students celebrating graduation and entrance. On Fridays, Happy Bunny's Day offers a 30% discount to customers born in the Year of the Rabbit, commemorating the Gyemyo year. Discounts apply for visits of six people or fewer on weekdays.
