BPA and Labor-Management Jointly Launch Full-Scale Promotion of ‘BPA Hope Storehouse’

Busan Port Authority (BPA) signed a written business agreement on the 2nd with the BPA Labor Union and the Public Coexistence Solidarity Fund Foundation to promote the ‘BPA Hope Pantry (Sharing Refrigerator).’

BPA signed this agreement ahead of the full-scale launch of the Sharing Refrigerator project, which was selected in last year’s 5th Public Coexistence Solidarity Fund contest.

The ‘Sharing Refrigerator’ is a sharing and communal project where various items are stocked for neighbors in need, allowing those who require them to take what they need. This project helps restore neighborly affection and contributes to revitalizing the local community.

The BPA labor and management plan to install and operate the Sharing Refrigerators in cooperation with local governments, regional welfare centers, and other communities near the port, with budget support from the Public Coexistence Solidarity Fund.
