Come Visit Uiryeong!

Uiryeong-gun, Gyeongnam, is recruiting participants for the first round of the "here, UR Yeo-gi, One Month Travel in Uiryeong" project this year.

This project is a long-term stay travel program where applicants aged 19 or older living outside Gyeongnam experience rural life and travel in Uiryeong like locals.

Participants plan and carry out their own trips and promote various tourist resources of Uiryeong through their personal SNS accounts.

"here, UR Yeo-gi, One Month Travel in Uiryeong" was first launched in 2022 and received great response, especially from residents of the Seoul metropolitan area.

Uiryeong-gun plans to select about 20 teams through screening by the 20th, targeting those who can promote Uiryeong travel via their SNS accounts.

Participants selected in this first round will travel and promote Uiryeong over three months from April to June, and the second and third rounds will recruit participants in June and September, respectively.

Participants will receive support for accommodation costs (up to 50,000 KRW per day per team) and various experience fees (total 50,000 to 80,000 KRW per person) for stays ranging from a minimum of 2 nights to a maximum of 29 nights.
