Shinyoung announced on the 6th that it plans to sell units in ‘Shinyoung Jiwel Prugio Technopolis Central’ located in Songjeol-dong, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do.


Shinyoung Jiwel Prugio Technopolis Central consists of a total of 1,034 apartment units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 130㎡ across floors from basement level 2 to a maximum of 49 above ground, and 234 officetel units with an exclusive area of 108㎡. The sale of the 1,034 apartment units is scheduled for next month.


The Technopolis where the complex is located is an industrial complex spanning approximately 3.8 million㎡. It is a self-sufficient city systematically developed with facilities such as residential, commercial, government offices, and schools alongside enterprises. Plans include about 11,000 housing units in detached houses, multi-family housing, and mixed-use residential buildings, accommodating around 30,000 residents.


Currently, large-scale companies such as SK Hynix and LG Household & Health Care, along with related industries, are settled in the area. Nearby are the Cheongju Industrial Complex and Cheongju General Industrial Complex, and it is close to Sejong City, Osong Life Science Complex, and Ochang Science Complex, making it an industrial complex with optimal conditions for both living and business operations.


Shinyoung Jiwel Prugio Technopolis Central is located at the heart of Cheongju Technopolis, offering not only proximity to workplaces but also excellent infrastructure. Access to the complex is convenient via the 2nd Ring Road and the 3rd Ring Road (scheduled to be fully opened by the end of 2023), and National Road 17. It also provides easy access to the wider road network including the Jungbu Expressway and Gyeongbu Expressway. The complex is within walking distance of the planned Bukcheongju Station, providing a station-area location, and a multi-transfer center is also planned, which is expected to further improve transportation conditions.


The complex also offers convenient living conditions. A central commercial district is planned right in front of the complex, and nearby are Hyundai Department Store Chungcheong Branch, Lotte Outlet West Cheongju Branch, and Jiwel City Mall, allowing residents to enjoy a well-established living infrastructure. Additionally, neighborhood parks such as Geunrin Park and Munam Ecological Park are within walking distance, providing comfortable rest in nature.


Community facilities will be diversely developed. The complex plans to include a futsal field, fitness center, golf practice range, lounge caf?, small library, single-person reading rooms, daycare center, and care center, aiming to enhance the residential quality of the complex.


A sales official stated, “Along with trust in the Shinyoung Jiwel brand, the application of the price ceiling system is expected to result in reasonable prices, which will likely attract high interest from prospective buyers.”
