Bucketplace, the operator of 'Ohouse,' announced on the 6th that it will conduct a large-scale recruitment of experienced developers.

This recruitment is being carried out to actively secure excellent development talent and advance the service. The number of hires will be in the double digits, and anyone with more than 3 years of experience in the relevant field can apply.

Applications can be submitted on the recruitment website until the 31st of this month. After the document screening, applicants can choose their preferred schedule from four options to participate in the coding test. Those who pass the coding test will undergo additional technical and job interviews to verify job-related competencies, as well as organizational culture interviews.

Ohouse plans to provide top-level compensation and work environment to developers who pass the recruitment process. All new hires will be granted stock options, and customized compensation at the industry's highest level will be offered based on individual capabilities. After joining, employees can work remotely three days a week and have flexible working hours. Additionally, they can work from anywhere for up to two months per year. All applicants who pass the coding test and attend the first interview will receive 1 million points that can be used like cash within Ohouse.
