AI Diagnoses SMEs in 1 Minute... Jungjinkong Introduces 'BizBrain'

Analysis of External Environment, Business Performance, and Internal Capabilities
Providing Customized Information for Companies

The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as SBC) announced on the 6th that it has introduced the big data-based artificial intelligence (AI) diagnostic system 'BIZBRAIN' to enhance the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and venture companies and support innovative growth.

The AI diagnosis system automatically links company data with about 10 million industry-specific data points to analyze external environment, management performance, and internal capabilities, providing tailored business connections. It features the adoption of big data analysis methods, resolving the inconvenience of companies having to input information directly in the existing non-face-to-face diagnosis.

Additionally, the diagnostic system has been expanded from PC web-based diagnosis to include a mobile app, enhancing customer accessibility. Through this, various customized company information will be provided in real time beyond just diagnostic services.

Any SME possessing standard financial statements for the past two years can access the AI diagnosis homepage or download the mobile app to use the service. Within one minute of applying for diagnosis, they can receive a diagnostic report of about 14 pages free of charge. SBC plans to provide expert video coaching services interpreting the detailed diagnostic report and addressing management difficulties starting from April for companies that complete the AI diagnosis.

Kim Hak-do, Chairman of SBC, stated, "The advantage of AI diagnosis is that it can be used anytime and anywhere without restrictions on location, time, or frequency, free of charge," adding, "We will actively utilize big data to support the activation of MyData for SMEs and venture companies so that they can self-diagnose and manage their business level."
