Jangheung-gun Conducts '2023 Life Sharing Blood Donation'

Jangheung-gun, Jeollanam-do, and the Gwangju-Jeonnam Blood Center of the Korean Red Cross announced on the 4th that they held a "Love Practice Life Sharing Blood Donation" event on the 28th of last month at the mobile blood donation bus in the parking lot of the county office and health center.

This blood donation event was held to overcome the blood supply shortage after COVID-19 and to enhance the blood donation spirit of the residents, contributing to saving lives.

On that day, 85 participants including Jangheung-gun public officials and local residents took part.

Governor Kim Seong said, "I thank the public officials and residents who participated in the blood donation during these difficult times after COVID-19, and I hope this blood donation helps alleviate the blood shortage and save precious lives."
