Uiryeong-gun, Gyeongnam, conducted an empathy speech training session for all employees on March 2nd in the large conference room of the county office to facilitate regular March meetings and communication within and outside the organization.
For this lecture, they invited Kim Si-young, CEO of Bom Academy & Kids Speech and announcer of TBN Busan Traffic Broadcasting's Chachacha, to conduct training under the theme "Empathy Speech That Moves the Heart."

Through this training, public officials acquired various speech techniques such as basic speech posture, rhetorical aspects, and voice training, enabling them to handle civil complaints more kindly and attentively for the residents and complainants.
Kim Si-young, the instructor of the day, emphasized, "Speech is not only about speaking well but also about the attitude of listening well to the other person," adding, "Speech is achieved through confident basic posture and consistent practice."
Meanwhile, County Governor Oh urged, "I hope that through this speech training, all employees learn how to communicate and build positive relationships with complainants, actively communicating with the residents."
