Dong-A University Graduate School of Business Administration Holds MBA New Student Orientation

The Graduate School of Business Administration at Dong-A University held the 2023 academic year MBA (Master's degree program) new student orientation and the inauguration and retirement ceremony of the Student Association president.

The event, held on the 2nd at Daou Hall on the Bumin Campus, was attended by Kim Wan-jung, Dean of the Graduate School of Business Administration at Dong-A University, Kim Sang-jin, Vice Dean, business administration professors, 70 new MBA students of the 57th class, current students of the 55th and 56th classes, and Lee Sang-yul, Secretary General of the MBA Alumni Association, among other related personnel.

During the event, new MBA students were introduced to the curriculum, professors in charge, and academic operation schedules. Afterwards, the representatives of the new students, 57th class students Jo Wol-yeon and Kim Joo-eun, took an oath stating, “We will abide by the school regulations and devote ourselves to the pursuit of truth and cultivation of character.”

In the academic excellence award ceremony held for current students, Baek Myung-ae of the 55th class and Shin Seung-wook of the 56th class received the highest academic excellence awards, while Choi Bong-jun and Han Ho-jong of the 55th class and Kim Young-hwa and Yoon Ji-eon of the 56th class received academic excellence awards.

In the second part of the event, following the 55th class president Han Ho-jong, the 56th class president Lee Hye-young was inaugurated as the Student Association president. Additionally, the executive teams by class and the MBA Alumni Association events were introduced, providing time to strengthen networking.
