Busan Office of Education Announces Local Government Employee Recruitment Exam... 129 Positions Available

On the 3rd, the Busan Metropolitan Office of Education announced the "2023 Busan Metropolitan Office of Education Local Government Employee Appointment Examination Implementation Plan," selecting 129 new local government employees.

The Office of Education will select candidates through an open competitive appointment exam for ▲ Educational Administration 80, ▲ Computer Science 2, ▲ Librarian 2, ▲ Engineering (General Machinery) 3, ▲ Engineering (General Electricity) 3, ▲ Health 2, ▲ Facilities (General Civil Engineering) 4, ▲ Facilities (Architecture) 11, and ▲ Records Researcher 1. Through a career competitive appointment exam, it will select ▲ Facility Management 20 and ▲ Facilities (Architecture) 1.

Additionally, to expand and guarantee public service opportunities for socially disadvantaged groups, 11 people will be selected including 9 in Educational Administration, 1 in Computer Science, and 1 in Librarian for persons with disabilities, and 3 in Educational Administration for low-income individuals.

The "Grade 9 Open Competitive Appointment Exam" and the "Facility Management Career Competitive Appointment Exam" will be held simultaneously nationwide on June 10, and applications will be accepted online from April 10 to 14.

The "Technical High School Career Competitive Appointment Exam" will also be held simultaneously nationwide on October 28, with applications accepted online from August 21 to 25.

Eligibility requirements state that for Grade 9, applicants must have been born on or before December 31, 2005, and for researchers, on or before December 31, 2003.

For the open competitive appointment exam, applicants must have continuously had their resident registration address in Busan from before January 1, 2023, until the final (interview) exam date, or have had a resident registration address in Busan for a total of three years or more before January 1, 2023.
