[Breaking] Lee Jae-myung Appears at First Trial on 'False Statement' Charges

Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, arrived at the Seoul Central District Court in Seocho-gu, Seoul at around 10:27 a.m. on the 3rd to attend the first trial for the 'violation of the Public Official Election Act' case. The Criminal Division 34 of the Seoul Central District Court (Chief Judge Kang Gyu-tae) will hold the first trial session for Lee, who has been indicted on charges of violating the Public Official Election Act, starting at 10:40 a.m. on the same day.
