On Friday the 3rd, the whole country will be mostly clear, and temperatures will rise from the afternoon, resulting in mild weather.
As of 7 a.m. that day, the temperatures in major areas are Seoul -1.7°C, Incheon -0.2°C, Suwon -2.9°C, Chuncheon -6.6°C, Gangneung 2.5°C, Cheongju -2.2°C, Daejeon -4.1°C, Jeonju -3.1°C, Gwangju -2.1°C, Jeju 2.4°C, Daegu 1.2°C, Busan 1.8°C, Ulsan 0.7°C, Changwon -0.8°C, and others.
The highest daytime temperatures are forecasted to rise by 4 to 7 degrees compared to the previous day, reaching between 9 and 17°C.
However, for the time being, the temperature difference will be very large, with morning temperatures dropping close to 0°C mainly inland and daytime temperatures rising to around 15°C, so caution is advised for health management.
Fine dust levels are expected to be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' across all regions.
However, in northern Gyeonggi and Gangwon Yeongseo, levels will temporarily reach 'Bad' at night.
The air will be dry nationwide, so special caution is required against various fires including wildfires.
Currently, dry weather warnings are in effect for Seoul and inland Gyeonggi, Gangwon Yeongdong and southern Yeongseo, inland Chungcheong, Gyeongsang region, and parts of Jeolla region.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea and West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.
Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea and South Sea.
