Eurozone February CPI Up 8.5% Year-on-Year

Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union (EU), announced on the 2nd that the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the Eurozone (19 countries using the euro) in February rose by 8.5% compared to the same month last year. This slightly exceeded the forecast of 8.2%.
