The reward-based utility token FANC of the short-form platform CELEBe will be listed on the Korean won market of the domestic cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb on the 2nd. According to Bithumb's announcement, deposits will be available from 3 PM on the 2nd, and trading will begin from 5 PM.
FANC is a utility token aimed at building a creator economy that supports anyone to easily produce and access content. Users and creators can share and enjoy everyday moments while earning rewards through CELEBe's Watch to Earn & Create to Earn programs. Based on these reward services, CELEBe has achieved a cumulative 5 million subscribers since August last year.
Additionally, it is used for NFT transactions through its own NFT marketplace, fanCPlace.
The listing of FANC on Bithumb is significant as it became the first short-form reward token simultaneously listed on major domestic and international cryptocurrency exchanges, and it is the first in the short-form industry to enable direct Korean won trading through a domestic cryptocurrency exchange.
Seonghoon Park, CEO of CELEBe, stated, “The listing of FANC on a domestic exchange is an important moment recognizing both CELEBe’s reward programs Watch to Earn & Create to Earn and the value of FANC used in them. This allows us to take a step forward in building an integrated CELEBe and FANC ecosystem both domestically and internationally.”
Meanwhile, FANC has been listed on global exchanges including MEXC, Huobi Global, CoinDCX, LATOKEN, as well as the domestic exchange Bithumb.
