Successful Seminar Held at Busan BEXCO for 'Doosan We’ve the Zenith Ocean City'

The seminar for 'Doosan We’ve the Zenith Ocean City,' hosted by Real Estate R114, was successfully concluded.

According to Real Estate R114, the 'Doosan We’ve the Zenith Ocean City' seminar held on the 24th of last month at BEXCO in Haeundae-gu, Busan, quickly reached full capacity with 300 attendees despite being held on a weekday during the day. The number of seats was then increased to over 500, but all seats were filled as many people attended. The seminar was hosted by Real Estate R114 and sponsored by Doosan Construction.

The seminar was divided into three parts. Director Kim Hak-ryeol (Passion) of SmartTube Real Estate Research Institute gave the first lecture on the topic of ‘2023 Busan Real Estate Market Outlook.’ In the second part, Professor Kang Jeong-gyu of Dong-Eui University lectured on ‘Development and Prospects of Nam-gu According to Busan’s Global Status.’ Finally, the third part introduced the ‘Doosan We’ve the Zenith Ocean City’ project site, which received great enthusiasm from the attendees.

'Doosan We’ve the Zenith Ocean City' is being constructed by Doosan Construction and is scheduled for sale this month through the redevelopment project of the Uam 2 District in Uam-dong, Nam-gu, Busan. The complex consists of 29 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to a maximum of 34 floors above ground, with a total of 3,048 units including 2,033 units for general sale. All units are small to medium-sized (59~84㎡), which are highly preferred, with exclusive areas under 85㎡. Currently, about 27 redevelopment projects are underway in Nam-gu, Busan. Especially, once ‘Doosan We’ve the Zenith Ocean City’ is completed, a new residential town of approximately 12,000 households will be formed nearby.
