Sejong City announced on the 2nd that it will recruit additional suppliers of thank-you gifts for the Hometown Love Donation Program until the 16th of this month.
The recruitment target is companies located in the region that can produce, manufacture, and supply 38 selected items as thank-you gifts.
The city will apply evaluation criteria such as the ability to stably supply thank-you gifts, capability to handle storage and delivery tasks, and possession of local production and manufacturing infrastructure to finalize the selection of suppliers.
Previously, since January 1st, the city has been providing 18 items including agricultural products, processed foods, and tourism, experience, and cultural products as thank-you gifts.

Meanwhile, the Hometown Love Donation Program is a system implemented to foster a healthy donation culture and revitalize the local economy.
Residents living outside Sejong who donate up to 5 million KRW to Sejong can receive tax credit benefits and thank-you gifts such as local specialties worth up to 30% of the donation amount (maximum 1.5 million KRW).
Donations are used for ▲supporting vulnerable groups ▲youth development and protection ▲promotion of culture, arts, and health ▲supporting the revitalization of local communities ▲and projects for improving residents’ welfare.
