Meritz Securities (CEO Choi Hee-moon) announced on the 2nd that it has established an MTS-exclusive menu called ‘M PICK,’ where customers can easily trade specially curated products, and launched four special short-term bonds.
The four special short-term bonds commemorating the launch of ‘M PICK’ are public short-term bonds issued based on Meritz Securities’ credit as the underlying asset, with maturities selectable at 7 days, 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months. The yields for each product are 3.65% per annum for the 7-day bond, 3.67% per annum for the 1-month bond, 3.69% per annum for the 2-month bond, and 3.71% per annum for the 3-month bond. These are sold exclusively by Meritz Securities, with a minimum subscription amount of 100 million KRW.
Unlike the inconvenient method where customers had to find and subscribe to desired products themselves, ‘M PICK’ improves the user interface (UI) to allow easy confirmation and trading of specialized product lineups directly from the main screen. Through the simulation function, customers can check the expected maturity yield before purchasing a product, and after subscription, they can easily view their product holdings and order history.
To enhance customer convenience, the main screen of the MTS application ‘MeritzSMART’ has also been significantly revamped. Customers can conveniently check major products and events sold by the company through a prominent top banner, and domestic and international major stock indices have been reorganized to be viewed grouped by related indices.
The personalized service ‘MY Stock News,’ located in the middle of the main screen, provides customized articles related to customers’ interest and held stocks without requiring separate settings. Additionally, the ‘Real-time Ranking,’ which previously only allowed checking real-time stock search rankings, has been changed to provide various real-time information such as search rankings, trading volume, and rate of increase to assist investment decisions. Furthermore, to improve customer work convenience, the customer notice area has been expanded, and it is now possible to obtain various investment information through direct links to the company’s YouTube and KakaoTalk channels.
A company official stated, “M PICK will serve as a guide to help customers easily and conveniently access specialized products that can only be subscribed to at Meritz Securities,” adding, “We plan to expand differentiated products and service benefits unique to Meritz that are not available in the market in the future.”
