Glad Yeouido buffet restaurant 'Gritz' announced on the 28th that it will present the 'Tasty Hokkaido Promotion' until May 31.

Through this promotion, Gritz offers its signature series including lamb chops, lamb teppanyaki (iron plate grill), and Jingisukan lamb chops, a Hokkaido-style lamb dish grilled on an iron plate.

Main dishes include seafood teppanyaki 'Okonomiyaki', lightly grilled smelt fish with teriyaki sauce, local home-style pork roast 'Butagakuni', and 'Tonkotsu Ramen' made with broth boiled from pork bones. You can also enjoy local nutritious rice cooked with various ingredients, salt, soy sauce, alcohol, and broth called 'Takikomigohan', as well as seasonal sashimi and sushi. Spring seasonal wild greens are used in spring wild greens ssambap (rice wrapped in leafy vegetables), along with gangdoenjang (thick soybean paste) and leafy vegetables to stimulate the spring appetite.

Operating hours are from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM for lunch, and from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM for dinner. Saturday and Sunday evenings operate in two shifts.

Meanwhile, to celebrate White Day, Gritz will offer a red heart-shaped cake called 'Red Velvet Heart Cake'. It will be sold by advance reservation for four days from the 10th to the 14th of next month.
