On the 25th, a post titled "Parking villain, what should I do?" was uploaded on an online community, BobaeDream.

The author, Mr. A, said, "A new person seems to have moved into the apartment, and since then, a parking villain has appeared," adding, "Even when there are parking spaces available, they only park right in front of the main entrance or block other cars by parallel parking."

Residents and the security office requested parking improvements, but it was to no avail. Residents left warning notes on the vehicle with messages such as "Please park in the parking spot," "Please park properly as it causes inconvenience to traffic," and "We sincerely ask you to park in the designated parking spot," repeatedly urging improvement.

Mr. A said, "However, the car owner tore the notices to shreds and blatantly threw them in front of the main entrance, and stuck the parking violation warning sticker on the entrance keypad."

He added, "All residents are under tremendous stress, but there is nothing we can do," and asked, "If there is a good way to respond within legal limits, please share it."

Netizens advised, "Revise the apartment management regulations to impose penalties for parking outside designated areas," and "Since the sticker was stuck on the entrance keypad, sue for property damage."

The author said, "Even after the management office contacted them, they did not move the car, so the police were called during the day," adding, "This evening, another car from the same household (BMW Mini) parked blocking the entrance in the same spot."

The released photos show the Mybach and BMW Mini vehicles parked at the underground parking lot entrance and the apartment residents' entrance inside the parking lot. The author claims this is to obstruct residents' exit and pedestrian movement.

Another netizen living in the same apartment estimated, "I saw the people getting out of the car, and they appeared to be two young people estimated to be in their late 20s to 30s."
