Geumcheon-gu Publishes Issue 1 of the 'Residential Maintenance Newsletter'

Introduction to the Current Status and Procedures of Public Redevelopment, Small-scale Housing Maintenance Projects, Rapid Integrated Planning, and Moa Town

Geumcheon-gu (District Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) announced that the Geumcheon-gu Housing Maintenance Support Center has published the first issue of the Housing Maintenance Newsletter to promote housing redevelopment projects.

The Geumcheon-gu Housing Maintenance Support Center was newly established last year to respond to the rapidly changing housing maintenance project environment and supports various maintenance project tasks.

The 'Housing Maintenance Newsletter' introduces the current status and project procedures of housing redevelopment projects currently being promoted in Geumcheon-gu, including public redevelopment projects, small-scale housing maintenance projects, rapid integrated planning, and Moa Town.

Additionally, it provides easy-to-understand explanations of terms related to maintenance projects such as floor area ratio, building coverage ratio, and total floor area.

The Housing Maintenance Newsletter is distributed to 41 public entrusted facilities, including community service centers, and will be published quarterly going forward. It is also available online through the Geumcheon-gu Housing Maintenance Support Center Band.

Yu Seong-hoon, Mayor of Geumcheon-gu, stated, “We hope residents will obtain information about Geumcheon-gu’s urban regeneration and residential environment improvement through the Housing Maintenance Newsletter and engage in active communication.”
