Starting Open Communication Administration on the Go

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Song Jong-gu] Lee Sang-geun, the governor of Goseong County, Gyeongnam, has started communication meetings with the residents of towns and townships.

This communication meeting was held as the first step to create changes in Goseong that residents can feel, marking the inaugural year of "Renewing Goseong, Empowering Residents." He will visit 14 towns and townships to meet residents from various sectors and listen to local issues and difficulties.

Sang-geun Lee, Governor of Goseong County, Gyeongnam, has started a communication meeting with the residents of the towns and townships.

Governor Lee said, "Through this communication meeting, we will listen to the inconveniences and difficulties felt by the residents and do our best to actively reflect them in the administration," adding, "We will listen to unfiltered voices from the field and create a communication platform that brings us closer to the residents to implement demand-centered administration."

Residents attending the communication meeting said, "We appreciate the 8th elected administration's efforts to continue direct communication and cooperation with residents this year as well as last year," and "It was a valuable time to vividly face Goseong's current issues and future vision."

Governor Lee plans to review the voices raised at this communication meeting according to the issues and, for matters that can be resolved immediately, visit the sites directly from next week to seek and implement solutions.

He also intends to manage mid- to long-term tasks until they are resolved, doing his best to ensure that residents do not experience any inconvenience.
