The late alumnus devoted her life as a doctor at Seoul Boramae Hospital after entering Ewha Womans University College of Medicine.
No Jeong-yeon, Chief Prosecutor of Busan High Prosecutors' Office and representative of the bereaved family attending the donation ceremony, said, “We donated the development fund for the education of growing students according to the wishes of the deceased,” and added, “I hope the development fund for the juniors of the deceased will be used meaningfully.”
The student representatives who attended said, “We are grateful for the senior’s love for her alma mater and feel great pride as current students of Gyeongnam Girls' High School,” and expressed their determination, “We will study harder than now to achieve our dreams.”
Ryu Seong-chun, principal of Gyeongnam Girls' High School, said, “We deeply appreciate and respect the late alumnus’s heart that cherishes and loves her juniors,” and added, “We will use the development fund to ensure there is no lack in students’ educational activities in accordance with her wishes.”
