CU Offers Up to 30% Discount on Triangle Kimbap... Targeting Students and Office Workers

CU announced on the 23rd that starting next month, it will hold a discount event of up to 30% off, focusing on ready-to-eat meals to reduce the increased consumer burden.

The main event offers an immediate 30% discount off the regular price when paying with KakaoPay on three types of shrimp, beef brisket, and chicken breast salads, as well as three new 3XL triangle kimbap products: pork cutlet, bul-eo fish cake, and jajang ham egg.

During the friend time event from 7 to 9 AM and PM, 32 items including ready-to-eat meals, processed eggs, and processed dairy products will receive an immediate 30% discount at the point of sale when paid with KB Kookmin Card or Samsung Card.

A BGF Retail official said, “March is a period when demand for triangle kimbap sharply increases due to students returning to school and starting new semesters, so we prepared this discount event. Considering the growing number of consumers enjoying budget shopping at convenience stores using various payment methods, we will continue to expand the types and composition of related discount events in the future.”
