According to the Korea Real Estate Agency's subscription website on the 22nd, the first priority subscription for Eco Delta City Prugio Lin, held the previous day, received a total of 6,947 applications for 605 households (excluding special supply), resulting in an average competition rate of 11.48 to 1. The highest competition rate was 25.56 to 1 for the 103㎡ exclusive housing type.

The reasons for the popularity of Eco Delta City Prugio Lin include its central location within Eco Delta City, which has attracted strong interest from Busan demanders, and the product value of the "Lin" brand. There is a planned middle school site right in front of the complex, and nearby sites for kindergartens, elementary schools, and high schools are also planned. Additionally, various transportation development projects are planned, including the Bujeon-Masan double-track railway line (under construction), Hadan-Noksan light rail (planned), Eomgung Bridge (planned), and Gangseo Line (planned).

Inside the complex, community facilities include a residents-only sky lounge and a top-floor guest house for differentiation, and specialized designs such as primarily slab-type layouts, open-type, and open balconies have been applied.

Eco Delta City Prugio Lin is located in Block 27 of Eco Delta City, Gangseo-gu, Busan, with a total of 886 households ranging from 84 to 110㎡ exclusive area.
