[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] GS Construction announced on the 22nd that it plans to launch 'Unjeong Xi Signature' in Paju, Gyeonggi-do next month.
This complex, located in A19 block of Unjeong 3 District in Paju, will be developed with 13 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, totaling 988 households.
The complex features a wide selection with a total of 15 different unit types. Specialized floor plans such as separated household types, outdoor space types, and penthouses will also be introduced.
The metropolitan area express railroad (GTX) Line A is scheduled to be constructed near the complex, with the Unjeong Station to Seoul Station section currently under construction and aiming for opening in the second half of next year. Additionally, the Metropolitan Area 2nd Ring Expressway (Paju to Gimpo section) is under construction nearby, and access via Jayuro and other roads is convenient.
Nearby the complex are lifestyle and cultural convenience facilities such as Homeplus, E-Mart, a movie theater, and Gyohwa Library, as well as Unjeong Lake Park, Sannae Park, and Hansol Park.
Unjeong Xi Signature has introduced innovative design by expanding the landscaping area to nearly 45% of the entire site. The community facility 'Club Xi-an' includes a golf practice range, fitness center, GX room, multipurpose gymnasium, hot and cold baths, and dry sauna. Specialized community spaces such as a sky lounge, guest house, and forest library are also planned.
A GS Construction sales official stated, "Unjeong Xi Signature is an apartment selected through a design competition, preparing differentiated products such as eco-friendly landscaping, various floor plans, and specialized exterior designs," adding, "We will do our best to make it a landmark apartment representing the region in the future."
