Osulloc announced on the 22nd that it has newly opened the Osulloc Tea House Hyundai Museum of Modern Art branch located in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
The space renewal project with the concept of 'Baraboda' (meaning 'to look at') was designed to view traditional elements from a modern perspective and to enjoy the museum's scenery together through the traditional landscaping technique of Chagyeong (借景).
To coincide with the renewal opening, Osulloc is introducing various matcha-specialized menus. Six signature menus, including 'Matcha Shot Vienna,' 'Matcha Shot & Coffee Vienna,' and 'Matcha Shot Caramel Roche,' are exclusively available at the Hyundai Museum of Modern Art branch. At the 'Matcha Bar,' introduced for the first time by Osulloc, customers can watch the preparation process of matcha shots and other menu items, adding visual enjoyment to the fresh and fragrant flavor of matcha made from the highest quality young leaf tea.
One of Osulloc Tea House's bestsellers, the 'Soft Ice Cream,' is also offered in three upgraded flavors. It features a richer flavor and texture by applying the optimal ratio of green tea and milk fat.
An Osulloc representative said, "Through the renewal opening of the Osulloc Tea House Hyundai Museum of Modern Art branch, we aimed to propose a new tea life and culture," adding, "We plan to continue providing differentiated brand experiences and value through various concepts at each tea house."
