IDIS Powertel Acquires Link Genesis Shares Worth 23.6 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] IDIS, a KOSDAQ-listed company, announced on the 21st that its subsidiary IDIS Powertel will acquire 2,369,357 shares of Linkgenesis, a software development and sales company, for approximately 23.6 billion KRW.

After the acquisition, IDIS Powertel's stake in Linkgenesis will be 20.7%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 23rd of next month. The purpose of the stock acquisition is to enter a new business.
