[Yeonggwang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jeonseong] Jeollanam-do Yeonggwang-gun (Governor Kang Jongman) announced on the 21st that it will recruit 20 trainees on a first-come, first-served basis by the 6th of next month for agricultural product processing education targeting farmers interested in or wishing to process local agricultural products.
The agricultural product processing education course schedule is from the 8th of next month to April 12th (every Wednesday and Friday), with a total of 8 sessions.
This education, which will be an opportunity to cultivate specialized knowledge about agricultural product processing and share related information and experiences, consists of theoretical education on the market prospects of the agricultural product processing industry and food hygiene regulations, as well as practical processing using agricultural products such as making powdered food, manufacturing scorched rice, and extracting Ssanghwa tea.
Applications for the education can be submitted by visiting the Rice Cake Industry Promotion Team at the Agricultural Technology Center.
