DL E&C to Launch 'ePyeonhansesang Dongtan Park Honors' in March under Floor Area Ratio Regulation

This complex consists of 13 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 12 above-ground floors, totaling 800 households, with 706 units of 99㎡ exclusive area and 94 units of 115㎡ exclusive area.

e-Pyeonhansesang Dongtan Park Honors will apply the innovative design of ‘C2 House,’ e-Pyeonhansesang’s lifestyle-customized residential platform, for the first time in Dongtan 2 New Town. High-end family-centered community facilities such as a sky lounge, family cinema, and kids’ gym will also be established.

‘e-Pyeonhansesang Dongtan Park Honors’ features a floor area ratio of less than 200% and a low building coverage ratio of less than 20%, significantly widening the spacing between buildings. This allows even lower-floor units to enjoy excellent sunlight exposure. Additionally, the parking ratio reaches 1.79 spaces per household, securing ample parking space.

Located in a large-scale housing development district, e-Pyeonhansesang Dongtan Park Honors is subject to the price ceiling system, so a reasonable sale price is expected. According to the ‘2023 Major Policy Tasks’ announced last January, the resale restriction period has been reduced from a maximum of 8 years to 3 years.
