[Law Firm Now] DaeRukAju, Appointment of Chief Attorney Min Kiho

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daehyun] Attorney Min Kiho (29th Judicial Research and Training Institute) was inaugurated as the representative attorney of Law Firm Dae-ryuk Aju (Chief Attorney Lee Gyucheol) on the 21st.


According to Dae-ryuk Aju on the day, with this inauguration, the management team of Dae-ryuk Aju maintains a five-member system along with the existing representative attorneys Kim Daehee (18th), Oh Kwangsoo (18th), Lee Gyucheol (22nd), and Lee Jeongran (37th). Representative Attorney Min succeeds Representative Attorney Park Youngryeol (13th), and his term is two years.


Representative Attorney Min said, "For our law firm to leap forward more than other law firms, it must become a dynamic organization," adding, "We need to discover new fields and enhance expertise in existing areas, and I will strive to build such a law firm."

Representative Attorney Min passed the 39th Administrative Examination and worked as an officer at the Fair Trade Commission before passing the 39th Judicial Examination. He started as a prosecutor at the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office, then served as a prosecutor in the Special 3rd Division of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, spokesperson of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, and deputy chief prosecutor at the Daejeon District Prosecutors' Office.


He also served as chief of the Jecheon branch of the Cheongju District Prosecutors' Office, head prosecutor of the Financial and Tax Crime Division at the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office, and chief of the Criminal 1 and 2 Divisions at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, before joining Dae-ryuk Aju in 2019.
