Lotte Duty Free supports multicultural families in Incheon through 'mom Pyeonhan Healing Time'

Support for Multicultural Family Trips and Residential Environment Improvement

Lotte Duty Free announced on the 21st that it will support marriage immigrant women and multicultural families in the Incheon area through its social contribution project ‘mom (Mom) Comfortable Healing Time’.

Mom Comfortable Healing Time is a social contribution project that helps multicultural families settle stably in the local community through various support programs. ‘mom Comfortable’ is Lotte Group’s social contribution brand for women and children, and Lotte Duty Free has been conducting the Healing Time project using this brand since 2021. The first phase of mom Comfortable Healing Time conducted cultural experience programs for 80 multicultural family women in Seoul.

This year’s second phase supports multicultural families in the Incheon area in collaboration with the nonprofit organization Hansup Together. It consists of two projects for multicultural families lacking economic and time resources: ▲family travel support and ▲housing environment improvement. Among a total of 20 families, 10 families will receive full support for travel expenses to Jeju, including airfare and accommodation, to provide them with time to recharge. The other 10 families receiving housing environment improvement support will be provided with study room furniture replacement and school supplies to improve their children’s learning environment. On the 20th, Lotte Duty Free employees visited the Incheon multicultural families selected for the second phase of mom Comfortable Healing Time to volunteer by assembling and arranging furniture and cleaning.
