'G.Se.Dam.' is derived from GH's rental lease move-in consultation service. The main services include ▲ guidance on existing housing rental lease projects ▲ information on subsidies and move-in conditions ▲ contract and move-in procedures ▲ precautions before signing the contract ▲ precautions when moving in, and consultation and support related to these.
GH will operate the consultation service at Maetan 1-dong Administrative Welfare Center for five days from the 20th to the 24th of this month. Through collaboration with the Administrative Welfare Center, GH will establish a system to support applications for existing housing rental leases and provide information, ensuring that low-income households can live stably within their living areas, and will continue to operate this service going forward.
Rental lease housing is a type of housing where GH signs a rental contract with the owner of the house that the tenant intends to live in, and then subleases it to the tenant.
The support limit per rental lease household is 130 million KRW, and tenants pay a deposit of 5% of the rental deposit (up to 6.5 million KRW) and a monthly rent with an interest rate of 1-2% per year. For landlords, fire insurance is subscribed for the relevant property to compensate for property losses in case of fire disasters.
