Shindonga Construction Donates Relief Funds for Damage Recovery in Turkey and Syria

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] Shindonga Construction announced on the 20th that it has donated 10 million KRW to the Turkish Red Cross to aid Turkey and Syria, which suffered damage from a major earthquake.

This donation was made through a matching grant system, combining 5 million KRW voluntarily raised by employees with company sponsorship funds. The donation will be used to provide daily necessities and relief supplies to the disaster victims.

A representative from Shindonga Construction stated, "Employees participated in the fundraising with the hope that it would help the victims in Turkey and Syria overcome their pain caused by the earthquake damage, even if just a little."

Meanwhile, Shindonga Construction is conducting social contribution activities through the 'Familie Movement,' including blood donation campaigns, one-company-one-village sisterhood programs, and support projects for marginalized groups. Recently, it has been promoting a good landlord movement for over two years, reducing rent by up to 50% for small business owners operating within the Shindonga Shopping Center.
