Satisfaction Survey to Be Conducted Until March 12

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Seryeong] Changwon National University will conduct a user satisfaction survey for the Changwon National University Library from the 20th to March 12.

The university stated that the survey was prepared to provide better services by investigating library usage, facilities, and service experiences.

According to the university, the survey organized by the university library targets Changwon National University members and Changwon city residents who use the library, and consists of six categories: ▲collection development and expansion ▲facilities and environment ▲user services ▲library program operation, among others.

The survey will be conducted simultaneously online and offline, and questionnaires will be provided to students, professors, and staff through the Changwon National University app.

Local citizens can participate online by using the direct URL link to the survey in the announcements section on the Changwon National University Library website, or by filling out the questionnaire available at the library lobby information desk or the reference room.

Among respondents, 50 people will be selected by lottery to receive souvenirs, and respondents' identities and answers are guaranteed confidentiality under Article 33 of the Statistics Act.
