Daebo Construction Wins Bucheon 'Samwoo 4th' Street Housing Project Contract

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] Daebo Construction announced on the 20th that it has been selected as the contractor for the Samwoo 4th Street Housing Maintenance Project in Gogang-dong, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do.

The planned new construction scale is 185 households, and the construction period is 23 months from the start date. The construction cost is 43.6 billion KRW.

Daebo Construction has secured a total of three street housing maintenance projects in Bucheon this year alone. Including 100 households at Saebomi Apartment in January and 106 households at Samwoo 3rd in February, a total of 391 households will be supplied in the Gogang-dong area. The total construction cost for the three complexes is 92.3 billion KRW.

Jang Sejun, Head of the Housing Business Division, said, "Based on our track record of over 60,000 apartment units, we launched the brand HouseD in 2014 and have since focused our capabilities on urban maintenance projects," adding, "This time, by simultaneously commercializing adjacent small complexes, we will establish the Gogang-dong area as a premium residential complex leading the future."
